Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the SourceTrove website and member application (the “Service”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. What the Service is

SourceTrove is a subscription tool that aggregates publicly available wholesale product information, matches it to Amazon product listings, and — with your authorization — checks your Amazon listing eligibility using the Amazon Selling Partner API. The Service provides information to support your own sourcing decisions.

2. What the Service is not

• We do not sell products, set supplier prices, or place orders on your behalf. You must open your own account with each supplier to purchase.
• We are not a financial, investment, tax, or legal advisor. Information provided is for your evaluation only.
• We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Amazon or any listed supplier.

3. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and be authorized to connect any Amazon Seller account you link to the Service.

4. Subscription & billing

• Access requires an active paid subscription, billed on a recurring basis until cancelled.
• You can cancel at any time; cancellation stops future renewals. Except where required by law, payments already made are non-refundable.
• Payments are processed by our third-party payment provider. We do not store full payment card details.

5. Acceptable use

• Use the Service only for your own lawful sourcing activity.
• Do not scrape, resell, redistribute, or bulk-export the data provided through the Service.
• Do not attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or interfere with its operation.

6. Accuracy & estimates

Product costs, prices, profit, margin, ROI, availability, and eligibility results are estimates compiled from third-party and API sources and may be inaccurate or out of date. Costs marked “est” are derived from MSRP. You are responsible for independently verifying live wholesale costs and your own Amazon eligibility before purchasing. All sourcing and resale decisions are your own responsibility.

7. Amazon authorization

Connecting your Amazon account is optional and governed by our Privacy & Data Use Policy. You may disconnect at any time to revoke our access to the Amazon Selling Partner API on your behalf.

8. Disclaimer of warranties

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any information will be accurate.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SourceTrove will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits or lost business, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for violation of these Terms. You may stop using the Service and cancel your subscription at any time.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
